These Terms of Service govern your use of GoldenFace. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. What GoldenFace Provides

GoldenFace provides a web-based face proportion analysis experience. It estimates visible proportion and balance cues from a photo and presents the result as an entertainment and aesthetic reference.

GoldenFace is not a medical, cosmetic surgery, diagnosis, identity verification, employment, dating, eligibility, or professional advice service.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use GoldenFace lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Upload photos unless you have the right and consent to use them.
• Upload photos of children or people who cannot consent.
• Use results to make important decisions about a person.
• Use the service for harassment, discrimination, surveillance, identity verification, or profiling.
• Attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site.
• Bypass rewarded ads, access controls, rate limits, or security protections.

3. Photo And Result Limitations

GoldenFace results are approximate. Photo angle, lighting, expression, resolution, filters, occlusion, and landmark detection quality can affect the output. Multiple faces in one image may also affect which face is analyzed.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the result. Do not treat any score or description as objective beauty, health, identity, or professional evaluation.

4. Server Processing And Third-Party Services

The core face analysis flow uploads the prepared photo to the GoldenFace server for CPU landmark analysis. The temporary upload is used for the current request, removed after analysis, and not used for face identification.

GoldenFace may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and advertising. Rewarded ads may be used to unlock detailed result sections. Third-party services may process their own technical, delivery, or interaction data according to their policies.

5. Email And Optional Features

If you subscribe to updates, you agree that GoldenFace may send service or product update emails to the address you provide. You can unsubscribe when an unsubscribe option is available.

Optional forms or submission features may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.

6. Availability And Changes

GoldenFace may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, including analysis behavior, result formats, detailed unlock options, ads, or supported file types. We may also update these terms from time to time.

7. No Warranty

GoldenFace is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoldenFace is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on entertainment-only results.

9. Termination

We may restrict or block access to GoldenFace if we believe the service is being misused, attacked, abused, or used in a way that violates these terms.
